MoliCare Premium Elastic HARTMANN est un change complet avec ailes élastiquées.
Il est constitué d’un triple coussin absorbant « Dry Plus » qui assure une diffusion très rapide de l’urine, pour un effet garde au sec immédiat et une neutralisation des odeurs.
Il possède des barrières fécales anti-fuites hydrophobes et intégrales. La forme anatomique du coussin absorbant extra large et les 2 attaches multi-repositionnables extra larges facilitent la pose du produit. Le voile externe en nontissé intraversable, ultra doux et souple au toucher textile procure davantage de confort.
