L'acide hyaluronique est l'une des substances actives les plus efficaces, même à petites doses : il repulpe et hydrate intensément la peau. Ce produit de La Saponaria a été obtenu par bio-fermentation, et est un mélange d'acides hyaluroniques de différents poids moléculaire, pour une efficacité maximale :
- L'acide hyaluronique à faible et à très faible poids moléculaire peut pénétrer en profondeur dans les couches cutanées et avoir un effet repulpant et lissant.
